FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—September 29th 2016—CloudHesive is excited to announce that their CEO, Jim Walker was elected to the South Florida Technology Alliance (SFTA) board of directors. After one and a half years of membership with the SFTA, Jim Walker and the CloudHesive team are taking on a more active role to help support its mission: to provide an active forum for technology professionals topromote the growth, success and awareness of the regional technology community through events, networking and education.
With over 20 years of hands-on and management experience in information technology, cloud and security services, Mr. Walker understands how important the proper consultation and execution of managed services—as well as education and innovation—are to customer success.
The CloudHesive team takes an active role in the technology community by organizing Amazon Web Services User Group Meet-ups in various locations throughout Florida. Each meet-up is based around a different cloud services topic and provides the opportunity to expand knowledge bases and connect like-minded business technology professionals. Everyone is welcome to get involved as an attendee, a speaker or even a host.
